Up until last week I had a link to edit submissions on the bottom of submissions I received from clients. Now I don't see that and being able to use that link is very important for our staff to be able to print the submission.
Has that feature been discontinued or have I changed something which hides that?

I can see that you are referring to the Email Autoresponder (email sent to the submitter) of this form: https://www.jotform.com/92785041149158
As I checked the template, the EDIT LINK is added at the top of the email:
But if you're referring to this instead:
This can only be seen on Email Notification (the email sent to the form owner).

I believe I am the form owner...business receiving info on the form. As the owner I do need to see the link taking me to jotform form submission. Is having too much data stopping me from seeing that link? My shorter submissions don't seem to have a problem showing that link.

I don't see {edit_link} in your email notification, but you can add that by following this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/40-How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date.
Let us know if adding that doesn't work for you.
