    I have not understood the issue you are facing? What issues are you facing with your form?

    When you create a subuser and share your form and invitation email will be sent to the email id you used to share form. Let us know if the user is not receiving emails?

    when I fill in the email address and click on 'create' nothing happens. The
    form seems as if it can't send the email-address

    Hi,

    I tried to create subuser in my end and I did not replicate the same error. Please try to clear your browser cache then try it again.

    Are you having trouble on creating subusers? If this is not the issue, please provide us more details.

    you'r right, when I create a subuser with the option 'Select from my
    forms', it works. But creating a subuser with option 'Share all forms'
    doesn't work (i.e. the click on 'create' won't send the form). Even after
    creating a subuser and then editing the subuser I cannot change to the
    option 'Share all forms'.
