    MY FORMS ARE DISABLED

    Hello  ,

    I just created new form and uploadeed it to my server ..

     

    NOW .. THE NEW AND OLD FORMS AE NOT WORKING

    ERROR MESSAGE : Form Disabled
    Details: Form did not pass status check

    please locate the forms name  sign up and the first one in  my account ( Eurekaa )  find the issue and direct me fixing it

    i got email that my account is disabled , after creating the new form

    mostly cause i asked for password ..

    this form created for our drivers , im going to create their accounts my own at own admin panel and need to enter the passwords of their choice but has to be ( memorable phone number ) to make it easy , this is not for public use its for own community  . always they forgot their passwords , and its was easier for us this way ..

    I deeply apologize for this inconvenience. Your account was auto suspended by our anti-phishing system.

    I have reactivated your account. To prevent this from happening again, please change the password text to some other text so that our anti-phishing system doesn't disable you form again. As JotForm forms cannot be used for authentication so you should not ask users for their login credentials and this is against our Terms of Use.
