Why my account is suspended?

    I set up an account last night and just gone back to it to double check and I seem to have an issue logging in. 

    It's stating i need to login to save my progress but when i do its says not successfull. I tried changing password thinking I may have forgotten but same is happening with new password. I've made sure I type it correctly. 

    Is there anyway you can help with this has would like to get people using the form tomorrow.
