Olá,
Ao adicionar a URL https://submit.jotform.com/ipns/2co.php ao campo IPN URLs do 2checkout, recebo a mensagem de erro "Empty response".
Podes me ajudar?

Can you please try these steps :
1. try removing the Approved URL from your page on 2Checkout site;
2. save it;
3. add the Approved URL back with making sure that you copy the exact link from above;
4. and save your setup again with our IPN link re-added.Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

I did it but received exactly the same error "Empty Response"

To clarify, you have already setup your 2Checkout integration and it fails to add the Global Settings URL?

I have tested our sample form and it seems to be working at our end.
Can you please try clearing your browsers cache and let us know how it goes?

I cleaned the browser cache but the error message was the same.
I also tried to run the Form in sand mode, click on "Pay Button" but get the error "ERROR CODE:PE102"

I have tested my sandbox account and the integration works at my end.
It seems your vendor number is not correct based on your error code.
Kindly check if you have the correct credentials.
