Need help with optimization of my form on wix for mobile.

    Hi,

    I would first like to say that I love this platform. And before I go ahead with an upgrade, I wanted to fully test it on Wix. While doing so, I came across the problem of optimizing the form on Wix. 

    Followed the embed steps which are super easy, however, the Card type form is not smooth in terms of look, positioning, and functionality. I need help in finding out where I am going wrong with integrating the form called 'Cash buyers' in this account.

    How can I make it responsive across all the devices - PC, Mobile, and IPADs, etc? 

    On IPAD the field disappears once I type in something. On the desktop version, it's not going with the overall theme of the website in terms of the fit in the Html space. On mobile, it's making the form scroll down. Overall I need help with this form in terms of responsiveness as the Card type which will help my client fill up details quickly without the need of scrolling down on mobile or searching for fields or fields disappearing on IPAD etc.

    The card form is default mobile responsive.

    Hi Richie,

    Thank you for your reply. We followed the instructions on the link you sent, however, we are still having a problem with the form on our website on the IPAD. It disappears while typing and is not very visible in general (does not have the same background colors either).

    Also, although it is clearly visible on the iPhone, it is a little sluggish. Could you please advise?

    Unfortunately, we don't have an iPad to test your form. However, I have tested it on my iPhone 7 and it seems the embedded form is working correctly at my end.

    I have cleared your form cache.

    If the issue still remains, kindly share your iPad and IOS version.

    Also,if possible can you please share a screenshot.
