I am looking for creating offline forms over mobile.

    Questions:

    1. How do we use the form at a trade show if there is no internet? Where does the data gets stored?

    2. Can the submission form go automatically back to a new submission after it has been submitted?

If you'll be using the Jotform Mobile app (on a tablet or mobile phone), those requirements can be achieved.

Once you enabled the form to accept offline submissions, you can then use the KIOSK MODE feature. In this way, once the form is submitted, a new blank form will be shown automatically which is available for fill-out, and the cycle goes on as soon as you turn-off the KIOSK MODE feature.

I tried to use the kiosk on my phone in the offline mode and after the submission was made I got an"error loading page" code number 1009 message due to "internet connection being offline". At that point I wasn't able to get out of the page and I had to virtually delete the application from my phone an upload it again. I did go to the settings and selected the form I wanted to use when offline. Can you please help with this?

Please ensure that you are connected to the internet when you add forms in the list of OFFLINE FORMS. Then try turning off the data and see if it works on your end.

I just tried it a whole ago and offline mode works on Kiosk Mode.

Also, please try updating the app to its latest version.

If the issue still persists, it would be great if you could provide us a screenshot or screen recording of the steps you made prior to receiving the said error so we could try to replicate.
