How can i delete the blank line in the Other Amount Card

I cloned your form, to further check it on my end. Are you referring to the Single Choice field, and you want to remove the "option" that is blank? To remove it, please access the field Properties and under the Options tab, toggle off the "Display Other Option":

I am trying to get rid of the blank that only shows a button in the *Preview
Form mode *or in the* edit mode *shows in gray mode a button and* "Type
an option" * Please get me an answer ASAP as this form is now live.

You can't leave the single choice field empty. There should be at least one option in the field. It is showing blank because you have the label left blank.
