Uploads are not uploading/crashing

We use JotForm in conjunction with QuickBase - not sure if everyone is the same - but in our case the photos i upload to JotForm end up crashing QB itself. Photos won't upload and it ends up saying "Bad Gateway". My PC is hardwired and my internet speeds are fine - so it's not that.
I tried a couple different actions and there seems to be a file limit size when you do upload photos. I tried my initial amount on 90+ photos and it crashed. Tried around half and same result. Then I tried 6 and no problem - went right through.

    My questions are:

Is the JotForm optimized for Apple or Android?
Is there a limit to the amount or size OR number of photos you can upload?
Is it a known issue and is it being addressed?

It would have help us check the problem properly if you share to us at least the form URL link or the website where we can check on the actual form used.

It could be possible the upload field file size limit option was enabled on the form. This was the reason the upload file size was restricted on the form you tried using.
