Payment form not working sometimes

Hello,

We have been using JotForm to collect applications for Milwaukee Montessori School and lately people have been having a really hard time submitting the application fee which hasn't happened before.

I would say its user error but its happening too frequently with the same complaint.

6 complaints in the last month...

Can you please look into this and let us know how it can be fixed?
