I have set up numerous notifications for several of our forms, but none seem to be getting to my folks when we test our forms.
Have I set them up wrong?
Also we upgraded our account to include subuseres. I set them up, but no email invite went out to them.
Once that is resolved- will my sub users be able to access ONLY the forms they are assigned to?
We are checking to make sure our spam filer is not blocking your incoming emails, but in the meantime, could we check for other issues?

Tthe 'Test Email button' will only send email notification to the email address of the account holder. If you need to test the notification that uses a different email address, you will need to do an actual form submission. I would also suggest setting the Sender Email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
For your second question, you have two option to choose in creating sub-user account, you can either share all your forms or share selected forms only. You can assign each account what form they can view or not.
Please try asking them to check their spam inbox as sometimes, email provider tend to put email in the spam inbox for some reason. (Note: Subuser account will be ask to create a jotform account when they currently don't have an existing account with Jotform.)
