    Hi @bestdoulatraining!

I am more than happy to assist you with this inquiry!

Unfortunately, we do not provide a direct function to disable the editing of a form after submission. However, there are a couple of workarounds you may consider.

First, you can simply remove the edit submission link from the autoresponder email so that that the user submitting the form won't know where to fo edit the form.

Secondly, you could also utilize the Conditions to hide fields that you do not want to be edited. To accomplish this you will need to utilize the "Get Form Page URL" Widget and set a condition that hides certain fields if the URL contains the word "edit". Here are a few screenshots to show you how to do this:

    1) Select the "Get Form Page URL" Widget (Users will not see this displayed in your form)

    2) Create a "Show / Hide Field" Condition. If the page URL "contains" the value "edit" then Hide Multiple and select the fields that you wish to hide so that they will not be edited.

    Hi @bestdoulatraining!

I have great news! There is actually a great new feature that has been recently developed by our team that will allow you to enable or disable for editing by your responders. Being that this is a pretty new feature there are no user guides just yet, however, I am more than happy to walk you through the process.

    1) You will need to go to your Form Settings.

    2) Select the button "Show More Options"

    3) Scroll down until you see "Allow Submission Editing". Here you can either enable or disable the editing of the submission.

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience.

Based on your last reply, you may still have issues setting up your form to prevent respondents from editing their submission, is that correct?

Also, I'm afraid the screenshot you are trying to show us was not posted for some reason. To include a screenshot in your response, please see the instructions in this guide — https://www.jotform.com/help/438-How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum
