Hello,
We are having issues with all of our JotForms. We keep receiving the message "You've run out of upload quota!" with additional details on how to upgrade our account. I deleted quite a few form submissions to clear up our upload space, and I cleared our form cache, but we are still receiving this message. I've included the url and a screenshot.

I did some testing and figured out how to get the form working again. I cloned my form, and the cloned form worked just fine. I then deleted my cloned form, and went into the original form and made a minor change. I published the minor change and my form was working again. I went back into the form and removed the minor change that I made, and the form continued to work.
It seems that there may be some lagging that happens when the cache is cleared, and making a minor change gives it the boost it needs to realize that the form has empty space it can once again use.

When you come across a similar issue in future, you just need to clear your form cache - https://www.jotform.com/help/229-How-to-Clear-Your-Form-Cache
That will resolve the issue.
I can see that your forms are working fine now.
