When a person hits submit, the confirmation page for our form appears blank. Turns out it is not, but rather it is automatically scrolled to the bottom of the page so that people don't see the confirmation message, which is at the top. How can I force the top of the page to show?

The form is embedded in our site with the code

    <script type="text/javascript" src="//form.jotform.ca/jsform/30533978536261"></script>

    Thanks
    Tracy

    Hi Tracy,

I cloned your form and tested it, the thank you page works fine in standalone. It may have conflicted your jquery used in your website. Please try to embed your form using Iframe method

If the error persists, please share us your website's url. Thanks!
