    Submission form missing two answers

    Regarding "Johnny Blue Online Order" form  . . .

    When receiving the answers to the form via email, two questions are blank > Type of Rental  > Payment Method.  The other questions had answers.  Looking at the form submission on line, the answers are there.  Below is a copy of what was received via email.  Any reason why they show up when looking at them online through my account, but not when receiving by email?

    @ddaugherty

    I checked your form's notification configuration and see that the value is set wrong there:

    Payment Method {paymentMethod}

    It should be something like this:

    Payment Method {clickTo27}

    The easiest way is to delete the existing notification and create a new one and all the fields will be updated automatically.

    Please test and let us know if you continue to have this issue.
