After working beautifully for over a year, one of my forms is no longer working on my site.  The form still displays, but when someone clicks the 'submit' button nothing happens.  They don't see the thank-you for your submission page, and I don't receive their data.

When I test the form with the direct url, it works fine.  Is there a setting I need to change on my website?

Here is the link to the form: https://form.jotformeu.com/91122618201343

I've checked your website and was able to find an error in the console.

Can you please try to re-embed your form using the iFrame embed code:

    Hi Vanessa,

Just tried copying and pasting the iFrame embed code into my website again, and publishing, but the problem is still there.

We have been using the snippet, rather than the iFrame code... does this make a difference?

It's all been working fine until the past few days.

I've checked your website and can see that you're using script code and not the iFrame.

Although most of the embed method are somewhat the same, they create an iFrame within your site that holds the form, so far, the iFrame embed code is the most stable embed method since there is no conversion done, the code is already an iFrame.

Kindly embed your form using the complete iFrame code, then try to clear your form cache and clear your browser cache.

If the issue persists, please contact us but leave your site using the iFrame code so that we can trace and make test submissions.
