We have stopped recieving our jot form requests from our website for the past 2 months.

    We did switch our email servers a month ago. Ca that be part of the issue? If so how do we fix it?

    Yes thats correct. Your email id "jeff@morrismagnets.com" is in our bounce list (reason mentioned below).  

    Result: 

    jeff@morrismagnets.com is IN the bounce list  

    Reason(s) : 5.4.7 - Delivery expired (message too old) 'DNS Soft Error looking up morri=

    smagnets.com (MX) while asking recursive_nameserver1.parent. Error was: una=

    ble to reach nameserver on any valid IP'

    I have removed this email address from the bounce list and you should start receiving your submission emails.
