Looking for a form with URLs as drop-down options

Hello, I am wondering if Jot Form has the ability to build forms with URLs as options in the drop-down field.

Please see the URL example that I am trying to achieve.

I believe you can add URLs as options in a dropdown field. Please see this demo form I created:

But if you want to redirect the user to the selected URL, currently, it is not possible.

However, you can make use of this guide below so when the user submits the form, he'll be automatically redirected to the selected URL:
