How to remove JotForm Branding?

I purchased the bronze package, but it is not allowing me to remove the Jot Form Brand. 

Hello, Holding Bronze package you can now remove JotForm Branding from your forms. To do so, please uncheck branding at the bottom of account settings page. Here is a quick link: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings 

To remove branding from emails, you need to edit the templates manually and delete the branding footer:

New emails created with paid account should not include JotForm branding.
