Can I embed the form into a website?

I need more help with this, could you please check and let me know how this would be done? Can this be done?

I tried to add the form using the jotform plugin but it does not work, somehow, it hides behind the edit, please check the first screenshot.

I also try adding link but it does not work, instead of showing the form it shows the link. 

Please help.

Could you please provide the link to the page to where exactly you want to embed the form? I'm having trouble finding the page shown in the screenshot you posted.

I checked on your website but I was not able to find the form anymore. It appears that you have removed the embedded code of the form.

Please allow me some time to setup my wordpress site and test this.

I've setup my site and tried to embed your form, https://www.jotform.me/form/80870975070462, and was able to do so in a breeze.

It seems the problem is with the builder you are using. I can see you are using OptimizePress builder. I tried to search it and found this article:

I loaded this page https://virtualateam.com/optins/news-optin-quiz-ty/ and I'm now able to see the form. It seems that the script embed is now working.

Can you please check the page and confirm if the form is working? Looking forward for your response.
