    I cloned the form, copied it to my active account, deleted all other versions of the form.

    Still have the branding?

    Hi @IllianaRentalGroupLLC!

    It appears that you have successfully removed the branding from your forms by following the response of my colleague in this thread: How-to-remove-JotForm-Branding

    It does appear that you still have the branding on the autoresponder for both of the forms on your account. To remove the branding the autoresponders, please go to form Settings>Emails>click on the green Pencil icon to edit>scroll down and select the branding row and click on Delete Row button>click Save. Perform the steps for each form.
