How can I create a blank line between check box options?

Asked by cr3250 on April 26, 2013 at 07:12 PM

The code of  BR  or P  or BR   BR  (surounded by greater and lesser than signs) are not working.

I want it to look something like this:

    q  Taught symptom identification

q  Taught skills to identify decompensation

    q  Taught decision-making skills

    q  Taught self-control techniques

    BLANK LINE HERE

    q  Taught self-care techniques

q  Taught client about thinking errors

    q  Taught CBT interventions

    q  Taught DBT interventions

    BLANK LINE HERE

    q  Taught problem solving techniques

q  Taught implementation of assuaging behaviors

q  Taught skills for activities of daily living

    q  Taught self-calming techniques

Update: 4/26 6:04 pm    Alternately, is there a way to make four or five different checkbox fields which combine together when the report is created.   The way the report looks is very important to me.

    Hi,

It used to work before but I think due to security reasons, our developers have added a function to strip down some of the HTML codes to all editing area we have on the form builder. The only possible way to do that for now is to inject a custom CSS codes to your form to add space between items - margin or padding.

What field in the form that you'd like this to have? Also, please enumerate the items that need to be in the new line.

    ------------

Unfortunately, you can only add per field (if you are referring with the Visual Report Builder). There's no way you can merge them. You may consider creating a separate thread suggesting that so we can forward that to our developers.

    Thanks
