Users are not able to complete my form

    Hello. I posted a survey and the first 14 people had no issues but now everyone gets a not found code when clicking? Help.

    We apologize for the inconvenience caused. When I checked on your form, I noted that it was disabled. So I was not able to review the form properly.

    Was the form embedded on the website?

    Can you share also to us the URL of your website where we can check the actual form used.
