How can I achieve a 50% off upgrade to Silver?

    I upgraded, but screwed up and only chose a monthly term when I wanted to pay for an annual upgrade to Silver. Now I can't undo and go back to what I wanted. How can I achieve a 50% off upgrade to Silver? 

    To be clear, I have an invoice for the first month now, and wanted to purchase a full annual upgrade instead for $234-ish. What a deal! 

     

    Also FYI I am unable to dial the 415-415-4154 number from my Verizon phone for some reason (though Jotform claims not to have live support, they publish this phone number on every invoice as the support number!).

    I can see that you've upgraded to the Silver monthly plan today. We can cancel and refund this subscription and downgrade your account. Then you can upgrade to the Silver yearly plan with the discount.

    Please review and let us know if we can go ahead with the cancellation.

    Please note that we do not offer phone support. The payment processor requires us to provide a phone number in the field and hence we've added a dummy number.

    Thanks. Yes, please cancel and refund the Silver monthly so I can upgrade to the Silver yearly.

    I have cancelled and refunded the last payment made. The refund should reflect in your account in 5 to 7 banking days.

    Please go ahead and upgrade to the Silver yearly plan with the discounted rate.
