I would kwon if the next thing is posible:
We're a centralized afiliate program system.
We have created for each member of our program a sponsor link.
When interested people enter this link, they are forward to our website page wich
contains our jotform form.
In that website page, the url shown contains ths sponsor identity we need to do the afiliation.
Is ther any way that we receive in our jotform submisions data base, the information: "url of the open linked when the submiter filed the form?
