Upload Field - Not responding when form is accessed on mobile

    hello, in the application "Condivisione avanzata", for some hours I can no longer add files only from smartphone, from pc and tablet instead it works. Can you take a look at it? Thank you

    To clarify, your form upload will not work when using mobile device?

    May we know the mobile device you're using to fill the form?

    May we know the error message showing after your submit the form using your mobile?

    I have tested a cloned version of your form and it seems to be working using my mobile device.

    I have cleared your form cache.

    Kindly test your form again and let us know if the issue still remains.

    It does not work yet. We are using iphone and samsung. From these devices it is not possible to add files

    I have tried making a test submission to your form using both an iPhone and an Android and was able to replicate the issue. When I click the upload button, it seems to not responding.

    However, it works when using a desktop.

    Let me escalate this to our backend team to have them take a closer look at the issue. We'll let you know on this thread once an update is available.

    I am also experiencing this problem with almost 300 separate jot form accounts.
