Browse Files Button Not Working

    I have a form where people need to upload a file and on mobile the "browse files" button is not working. I have a friend having this issue as well. We need this to be working, how can this be fixed?

    I did test your form and did not find any issue with that. I was able to click on the file upload field and upload file successfully. Please check the screenshot below:

    Have you embedded your form in any webpage where you are having this issue with? Please share the webpage URL and we will take a look.

    it looks like you were doing it on a computer. If look at my message I said it was happening on mobile which is still the case. It isn’t embedded any webpage, just linked it.

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did test your form in mobile device and I am able t replicate the issue. 

    I am not sure what was causing this issue but when I cleared your form cache from here, that seems to have fixed the issue. Please check the screenshot below:

    I would suggest you to please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists.
