My account was suspended?

    Just tried to log in and received an error message saying that my account was suspended. I have checked my email and have no record of any communication regarding why the account was suspended. Username is walkersl. Thanks for your help!

    I've checked your account and it seems to have been suspended due to suspicious activity, unfortunately, there is no way to reactivate the account.

    I have seen other similar report threads in which the account in question was restored and a concrete, definable problem was resolved. (For example, this one from January 3, 2020.)

    So you're telling me that even though others have gotten back in after clear violations of the terms of use and you can't tell me what the alleged infraction was, there is no way to get back into my account? I haven't touched the account since early December, and I haven't made significant changes to my forms in much longer than that, so I don't know what the "suspicious activity" would even be.

    I have been in contact with Jotform several times about my school's IP address being blocked due to high traffic at specific times, and those issues have all been resolved. (We use Jotform to run signup for a school program, so it's all legitimate traffic, not bots.)

    Let me pass this to our team in charge of this so we can see what can be done to restore this account, the reason I get on my end is "due to suspicious activity" too, but will ask for more details and get back to you as soon as possible.

    Any update regarding a solution? This is a time-sensitive issue on my end. I have 750 kids relying on this.
