Forms not submitting

    Hello, any time a user tries to submit a form it just says "please wait..." and never completes. Any idea what can be causing this?

    Apologies for the inconveniences caused.

    I've just tested your form and was able to replicate the issue, it seems like a conflict with the embed code, please try embedding the iFrame code instead and see if that helps, the following guide will help you doing so: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
