Card Form>upload field: upload button not wokring on mobile device

    I am also experiencing this problem with almost 300 separate jot form accounts.

    To clarify, are you not able to press on the upload button in your forms in mobile device?

    I have tested one of your forms with my mobile device and I was able to replicate the issue at my end.

    I have escalated the issue to our back-end team for further investigation.

    Once updates are available, you will be notified via this thread.

    When I tap the upload button nothing happens, not even a load screen.

    Hi @Rivera_Ani!

    I would like to let you know that the issue has been fixed and the Browse Files buttons should now work as expected on all forms! The issue was related to the newest update that was intended to extend the accessibility coverage for File Upload fields.
