Not able to see the Nonprofit pricing

    Hello,


    I was previously granted non-profit pricing for jotform plans. I want to subscribe and pay for a plan again but I do not see my nonprofit rate applied to the price anymore.

    As you can see from your account, the rates are shown at a 50% discount. Please try upgrading to the required plan and let us know if the full price is being shown on the monthly prices.

    Since your non-profit application is active, you should be receiving a 50% discount on the monthly prices also.
