Is it possible to assign form to the user to fill on the fly and send an email?

Hello,

I'm just looking into changing to a new programs for online form submissions.  Currently we have a program that has a bit more of an administrator end to it.  I can assign forms to all of my users, but if a form has not been assigned a user can grab a form on the fly to complete the job.  

The forms once completed are emailed out to a list of staff.  

Does Jot Forms do this?  

Yes. It is possible to assign the form to your users from the Publish tab in the form edit/build mode. Once the users are able to access the forms, they can fill the forms using the JotForm mobile app. You may setup email notifications on the form to receive once the form is submitted to receive emails.
