login Suspended

    Hi, i just noticed today that the forms were coming up with "Form not found" "Form Disabled"


    I was logged into jotform to see if i could fix it and had to log in again.

    It is now coming up with

    Login Failed - Suspended.

    Could you help rectify this please 

    On our website www.marxgold.com if you click on the "KSM Cost Analysis" page you will see the error.

    It looks like all the jotform pages are doing it.

    This form https://www.jotform.com/form/200067651719859 was found on your account and flagged as fake credit offer scam.

    We understand this might not be the case with your form, yet we had to act according to the general rule to be in compliance with our Terms: Free accounts with non-corporate emails showing suspicious forms must be suspended immediately. 

    In order to reactivate your account, we will have to delete the offending form.

    Or, kindly provide us the following information:

    1. The URL where your form is used.

    2. Your website or proof of affiliation to a legitimate institution. 

    We also need you to change your registered email to a corporate one to avoid getting flagged again by our phishing detector. 

    Send these proofs to reviewers@jotform.com with Thread #2106871 as your subject. We will let you know about the status of your account after a thorough review of your proofs.

    Hi and thank for the quick reply.
    I am happy for you to delete the offending form thank you.

    I was just looking for a customer credit application form and found that one on the website. I didn’t end up using it as we wanted a PDF style. I guess it must have still been in my jotform account.
