People that do not meet the criteria are still getting through to the page that should only allow people above a 650 credit score.

I have set 2 conditions on my jot form that is integrated on click funnels. For some reason it is only working for like 80% of our submissions. People that do not meet the criteria (everyone below a 650 credit score) are still getting through to the page that should only allow people above a 650 credit score. I am not sure why this is happening or what I need to change. 

The form name is: "FIA Application"

It is because your conditions are redirecting your users on the same page.

If you want them to be redirected on different page, you'll need to change the redirect URL of your condition #2 that is if they are below 500.
