Answer sheet questions sequence not maintain as question given form

In my form like the sequence of questions like Q1. Q2 Q3 but when I have seen the sheet, it is showing like Q3, Q1, Q2. How I can make this in sequence.

If you are referring to the submissions sheets then you can always rearrange the order of the columns by dragging them.
