Big Game Donations

Please assist me in adding payment options to this form. When I select PayPal it pulls ion options from the form cloned to create this form. 

just need for donors to select an amount and pay. 

Hello @Rykejot - Thank you for contacting us. To clarify, you would like to create a form that collects PayPal donations. 

After entering your PayPal credentials, choose the Collect Donations option under the Payment Type dropdown, this option allows users to input an amount as a donation.
