On 1 of my 3 tablets I cannot use drop down menus when filling out forms

    Can you please elaborate why are you not able to use dropdowns in your form?

    Is there an error? Can you please share a screenshot. Or better yet share a screencast.

    A screenshot would not be helpful. When clicking on the drop down nothing happens. None of my options appear. This is only on 1 of my 3 tablets which are all the same model of Galaxy tablet. Because of this I cannot complete the submission because it is a required field.

    If yes, I checked it on my Galaxy tab and was able to click and select on the dropdown. As you've mentioned, the issue is isolated on only one of your tablets.

    Can you please clear the browser cache.

    If the issue persists, please provide us the device complete model and version as well as your browsers complete version. Also try to check if there might be a browser extension on that tablet that is hindering the form to work properly.

    Please also try to use a different browser.

    If the form is embedded, please share to us the exact URL where the form is embedded. If not, please share the direct URL instead.

    This is being done on the app on the tablet and not a browser, so I cannot clear any browser cache.
    This is being done on a Samsung Galaxy Tab A SM-T380 Tablet 8" 16GB Android

    I understand a screenshot would not be helpful if nothing ever happens, though if you ever need to send a screenshot, please follow the guide below as your last screenshot did not went thru.

    Since you are using the app, kindly uninstall then reinstall the application, once done, let us know if the issue persists. If it does, please send us a screenshot of the app's settings.
