Locked out of Account

    I have a jotform account, which I am currently locked out of.  I've entered the password on file for the account and have not been able to enter the account.  I've requested a password change and I have not received any emails to reset my password.  I have checked my spam folder and there are no emails from jotform stuck in spam.  Please help.

    As per checking, there is no account with the email address you have provided. Could it be that you have used another email address for your Jotform account?

    Hi Vanessa,
    Thank you for checking. I’m pretty sure the account is under jalene@imiae.com. The only other email I could see the account being under is incaslinfo@inacsl.org, but I know I set it up under my email. It would also be attached to my name Jalene Bowersmith.

    Unfortunately, there's no account under jalene@imiae.com email. I found an account using incaslinfo@inacsl.org. If that is the account you are referring to, please try checking the associated email and see if there's any password reset email sent to that address. Check the spam or junk folder just in case it's not in the inbox.
