    Hello Greg,

    What plan do you think would be best for that?  

    The above pricing link also shows the features per plan, apart from the pricing.

    If you are bound to receive over 1000 submissions per month for your account (i.e. inclusive of all forms), then you can go for the Silver plan, else I think the Bronze plan would be sufficient for your requirement.

    Please note that all paid plans auto-renew at the end of the billing period. But, you can manually cancel the plan before the renewal date so that it doesn't auto-renew OR you can also reach out to us.

    Also if I have someone else in the training division that wants to make and use a couple of forms, can the submissions for that be sent to a different email?

    Can we have multiple administrators?

    Each account has only a single login and only the person with the login credentials can log into the account to edit forms/submissions, etc. We do not suggest the sharing of login credentials.

    However, there is an option to share access rights to forms/submissions to your administrators. But for this feature, you will need to subscribe to the Jotform Enterprise plan and not the regular plan - https://www.jotform.com/enterprise/pricing/

    Jotform is a subscription service and will continue until you cancel. It auto-renews at the end of each term and you will be charged for the subsequent term.

    If you do not want that your subscription is auto renewed, you can simply cancel it anytime before your next billing date.

    How to Cancel a Subscription and Downgrade Back to Free

    If you need 30-35 active forms, you will need to upgrade to a Silver or Gold plan.

    Yes, you can. We have monthly, yearly and bi-yearly subscriptions.

    How to Upgrade My Account

    We currently have End of Year Sale for yearly and bi-yearly subscriptions. This offer will end in 4 hours, so I would suggest you to upgrade before it expires.
