Unsecured form not able to receive payment from my customer

    Hi I recently had a customer try to make a payment through my website but her bank didn't allow her to make the payment because they said she was submitting her information to an unsecured form. Is there anything I can do so this doesn't happen again.

    All forms you created here in Jotform are secured. Please check your website where you embed the form if it is secured too.
