Account recovery

    So apparently I signed up with an email that was similar to mine but not exactly. I am not able to retrieve my account or my invoice. My credit card statement can verify that I paid for the monthly fee. Is there a way to reset the login email so I can retrieve my forms and my invoice and continue with my account? Please help. Thank you.
