Cannot make a payment

    I contacted you yesterday about re-entered my credit card info (I made an error in the original infso the payment did not go through) I was unable to change or correct the credit card.  I received a reply that the info was reset and corrected at your end and I could try again.  So I tryed again this morning, to upgrade from the free account to silver, and received this message - twice.  Please, I believe I would like to use your product but at this stage, I'm not confident.  If you can't fix a simple issue like how I might provide correct credit card payment info, I'm unsure about your services.  I apologize, but if we can't fix the issue this morning, i will be deleting my account and trying another service instead.
