Billing inquiry: put my account to monthly billing.

    I wanted to change our billing from yearly to monthly payments, so I changed it on our account, then updated my payment information. Unfortunately, the system charged us for the year. I'd like to speak with someone to get this reversed and put to monthly billing (auto-payments) please.

    Hi, we have refunded the charge, and cancelled your subscription. Your account is back to free plan. Please log out, then log back in to upgrade to a monthly plan:
