User accounts to retrieve HIPAA Submissions

    If I have 60 employees and each of their clients submit HIPAA compliant forms, how do they access the client information. Can all 60 retrieve the information or is it only one user account and they all share one account - username and password?

    Hello Adam,

    There is only one user that can access the form, and that's you, the owner. HIPAA account cannot be accessed by others that not HIPAA compliant. It's possible to share or Assign the form through our mobile forms app, but users cannot view submissions. 

    You have to share your login if you want others to view the data. The risk for shared login is there, so maybe, give access to the authorized users only.
