Only the support team can the username of paid accounts. We can do this for you. To check the availability of the username, open a new browser and go to our signup page.

The page should tell you if the username is available or not.
Please provide the username on this thread so that we can proceed with the request.
Note that changing username will also change the custom form URLs, so please be wary of that.
