Please do not renew my account with Jotform

    My name is Les (Lester A Earls)

    I notice you want to automatically renew my jotform account.

    Please don't, because my mortgage payment will default.

    I am retired. I deliberately did not renew jotform as I am retire and behind on bills because of medical bills.

    Do not renew my account.
