Adding an Error Message with Conditions

Hello,
I am using conditions to redirect to another URL... I changed the Thank You page to show an error message for when the condition criteria is not met.  That works fine except  after the error message shows, there is no way for to go back to the form and correct their entry.

In order to achieve this, you can add a Text field form element with your error message on it and hide it.

Then should add conditions, which will show this Text field when the Code box is not equal to 1001.
