Despite an active subscription I am constantly spammed by offers from Jotform... even at the end of a submission to a form I have already sent to a customer???
Whats up with that?

We apologize for the inconvenience.
Kindly try to go to your Account Settings page, then untick the checkbox to opt-out of the email subscriptions on JotForm.
Kindly provide us a screenshot of the issue you are referring to if the problem still persists.
