If someone opts to pay with credit or debit where will that payment go?

Thank you for answering my question. O.K, I used template to create my form and paypal and credit were already an option which is what I wanted. But I still have questions.

Should my paypal account have been added manually or was my form automatically linked with my paypal through my email?  I ask this because I didn't do anything to link the form to my paypal.

The payment will go to your payment credit/debit account. Example if you use PayPal payment integration on the form, then the submission payments will go to your PayPal account.
