Query related to emailing PDF documents with notifications

    We love that your service generates a pdf form that can be emailed.  Two questions:

    for workflow, we need different forms to be emailed to different email accounts.  is that possible?

    if a form has sensitive info on it, can the pdf and data be password protected and then emailed automatically?  same password over and over or unique password for every form submission?

    Yes, you can create different forms in your PDF Editor. All created forms will be visible in the email notifications that you create and you can select which one you want to send to a particular email account.

    You can password protect the PDF as shown below:

    This will be the same password and will not auto-generate each time if that is what you are referring to.

    The PDF documents will be attached to the emails and sent automatically when the form submits.
